Class Descriptions

Our classes are a community format so that all ages, sizes, and levels of experience will feel comfortable. This hatha-based practice will vary weekly to increase diversity in your practice. Modifications are always offered.

Props

Mats, blocks, blankets, and straps are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Cost

All classes are by donation. The average donation is around 10-15 dollars.

All of our classes are held at the Unity Chapel which can be found at 6230 Lakeland Highlands Road, Lakeland, FL 33813.
